During my recent New Year's stay at Gasthaus Murauer, I was truly enchanted by the beautifully appointed room, which offered a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. Nestled in a serene rural area, the inn's vast outdoor beer garden provided a delightful space for my family and me to unwind and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. Each morning began with a fantastic breakfast that featured local delicacies, an enriching start to our days, much like a history lesson that awakens the senses. The staff were exceptionally helpful, embodying the warm hospitality often found in family-run establishments, reminiscent of my beloved French châteaux. the free shuttle service made our exploration of the local scenery a breeze, which is invaluable when traveling with a young daughter eager for adventure. Gasthaus Murauer feels like a hidden gem that beautifully balances history, warmth, and comfort-a memorable experience that will linger in our hearts for years to come.
